The Moon, with its constant cycles of change, has inspired mankind since ancient times, being associated with birth, life, death and rebirth. Its symbolism offers profound insight into the human imagination and symbolic mind. A Coach Moon is a guide, bringing us great wisdom in the construction of our purposes.
When we think of leadership, the image that usually comes to mind is that of a successful man, an influential person followed by a crowd. And when we think of the moon, we associate it with the satellite orbiting the Earth, linked to the tides and exerting a profound influence on the female psyche and nature. But what could be the relationship between the moon and leadership?
In an increasingly polarized world-feminist vs. sexist, right vs. left, ecology vs. industry-a crucial question arises: What is the path we must follow to find true meaning in our life processes and projects? How can we align ourselves with a training that responds to the needs of a technological future? The answer can be found on the Moon.
The moon is not only a muse, but also a powerful mobilizing force that affects all beings. No one escapes its magnetism or its influence. Traditionally, the moon has been associated with a feminine archetype, since its 28-day cycles, orbiting the Earth, influence fertility both in nature and in women's bodies. Since we learned to sow, cultivate and harvest, the moon has taught us to recognize the right time for each task, according to the phase it is in. It has also helped us to order time, because since the earliest civilizations, calendars were based on lunar movements. Even today, we still use the lunar calendar to guide some of our habits: when to cut our hair, prune our plants, clean the energy of our house or start a project.
With the discovery of agriculture, and certainly between the late Bronze Age and early Iron Age (ca. 2000-1250 B.C.), a shift from a purely lunar to a lunisolar calendar occurred in most parts of the world. When it was discovered that the light of the Moon was but a reflection of the light of the Sun, the image of “eternity” was transferred to the latter. In a process known as “solarization,” many of the powers of the Moon and its associated stories were transferred to the Sun; the originals were devalued or forgotten. In the West, this process roughly coincided with the dominance of patriarchal cultures over Goddess cultures, which similarly caused stories about the Goddess to be obscured or distorted by the dominant mythological perspective of the God. (The Moon: Symbol of transformation. Jules Cashford. Foreword).
If since ancient times we have followed the guidance of the moon, why don't we do so in all aspects of our lives? While the sun has never taken away the power of the moon, rather, this bright star has always illuminated, so that it is visible to our eyes, and we can remember that from it there is a complementary power to that of the sun.
In this article, I would like to propose an approach in which the lunar power becomes a guide for our purposes, a way to align ourselves with the natural rhythm of life. I am convinced that the solution to our problems as humanity does not lie in giving more power to polarities, but in returning to the path of origin, the path of the center. This means that, as human beings, we have the capacity and the responsibility to take care of life. Thus, the first step towards a new path could be to allow ourselves to be guided by the Moon.
It is not a dissolution of gender identities, but a celebration of the glorious symphony of harmonies that results when complementary forces finally begin to act in concert and thus realize their infinite potential. It is about humanity moving into the next stage of its evolution, where men and women alike act from a place of true power, power exercised with each other and not over each other. It is time to end the battle of the sexes and recognize that we are much more than our individual genders. It is time to be fully human.

When and how to take advantage of each moon phase? Here I will show you how Lunar Guidance can help you achieve your goals, develop your projects and make better decisions for your well-being.
NEW MOON
During the New Moon phase, the Moon lies between the Earth and the Sun. In this position, the illuminated side of the Moon faces the Sun and the dark side faces the Earth, making it almost invisible from our planet. In scientific terms, the elongation angle (the angular separation between the Moon and the Sun as seen from Earth) is approximately 0 degrees. This phase marks the beginning of the lunar cycle.
This lunar phase is associated with the winter season, an ideal time to hibernate, reflect and reconnect with the inner “home”. It is a period of introspection, renewal, silence and detachment, where emptiness is experienced, not in physical terms, but as a process of deep transformation. This phase is linked to the symbolic death, which allows us to go through the darkness and sow the new.
It is a time when ideas germinate in our mind, where we set new purposes and goals, and direct our energy towards the next season. During this phase, creativity flourishes and inner wisdom deepens, as the state of contemplation allows us to review what we have accomplished, offering clarity for the next steps. It is a time for recapitulation of what we have learned, for collecting experiences and finding solutions to difficulties.
GROWING MOON
As the Moon progresses in its orbit around the Earth, it moves into the Crescent Quarter phase. During this phase, the Moon has traveled about a quarter of its orbit, and the elongation is about 90 degrees. From Earth, we see the right half of the Moon illuminated. In astronomical terms, the Moon is in a quadrant that forms a right angle with the line joining the Earth and the Sun. This phase is key to observing the progressive growth of reflected light on the lunar surface.
This lunar phase is associated with spring. After the deep winter, we begin to feel the warmth of the sun on our seeds, the earth becomes fertilized, and the flowers and grass begin to fill with color. Life manifests itself in all its diversity.
It is time to move on to new goals. After having clearly defined the path to follow, we can set out to find the necessary resources to nurture what we have sown. Vital energy is on our side, propelling us to take the necessary steps towards the goals we have set. We already know the areas that require improvement and how we can progress in our purposes.
This time is jovial, marked by encounters, the creation of new bonds, exploration of new places and experimentation. The Moon guides us toward focused and directed action.
FULL MOON
The Full Moon phase occurs when the Earth is between the Moon and the Sun, with the visible face of the Moon fully illuminated. At this point, the elongation is 180 degrees. From our planet, we see the entire lunar surface illuminated, making the Full Moon the brightest and most easily observable phase. This phase is crucial in phenomena such as high tides due to the gravitational alignment of the Moon and the Sun with the Earth.
In this lunar phase we are in a time of maximum fertility, symbolized by the archetype of The Mother. It is a time of fertility, sensuality, attraction and enlightenment, where we can take advantage to “seduce” our goals, attracting towards us the necessary objectives and resources. It is the ideal time to deliver, exchange, promote, show ourselves to the world and embellish our talents.
This moon nourishes us internally with fresh ideas and new bonds. It is the time to give birth, to express our creative power, our skills and competencies. It is undoubtedly the best time to fertilize and grow our dreams.
WANING MOON
Finally, during the Waning Quarter phase, the Moon has traveled three-quarters of its orbit. Its elongation is again about 90 degrees, but in the opposite direction from the waxing phase. From Earth, we observe the left half of the Moon illuminated. This phase marks the beginning of the waning of visible lunar light until it returns to the New Moon.
ts season is autumn, a time to gather the harvest and begin pruning. It is the time to gather the fruits that will serve us for the next cycle and to discard that which did not germinate or did not give its best fruits. For this reason, this lunar phase is crucial, because it teaches us to be selective, to establish limits and to discern clearly between what nourishes us and what does not. It also invites us to transmute what we have not yet been able to renew in each cycle, turning it into a time of healing, reflection and putting everything in its place.
This lunar phase invites us to connect with our inner wisdom, to recognize what we have learned and what has strengthened us so far. It is advisable to take advantage of this moon to reduce the pace of our activities, preparing ourselves for the next New Moon cycle, where we will return “home”, that is, to a period of introspection guided by the Moon to reconnect internally and continue our evolutionary path.
In addition to the specific effects of each phase, the Moon, in its full cycle, is believed to influence people's biological and emotional rhythms. For example, some research suggests that the light of the Full Moon may affect sleep patterns, contributing to less restful sleep, which may influence emotional and mental state.
While beliefs about the Moon's psychic influence vary and are often rooted in tradition and culture, many people find tracking the lunar phases a way to align with their own inner cycles, using these energies as guides for self-reflection and personal growth.
The Moon is the coach, it is our guide to align ourselves to a natural cycle, a journey of 28 days, comprising 13 lunar phases in the year, which brings us much closer to a possibility of walking and growing in our life with the rhythm and power of the inner and outer nature, that way we move away from polarities, and tune into the rhythm of life from the most sacred.
¡I hope this guide will be of great help for your purposes, your dreams,
your goals of the best fruits for all !!!

This is so great. The moon clearly plays a role in women's live, in agriculture. So many religions mark their calendar by the moon, new moons begin a cycle, full moons end one. I am so glad to be seeing this conversation! Beautiful. Let's continue!
