Is a certified Calling in “The One” & Conscious Uncoupling relationship coach helping mindful individuals seeking support with fresh beginnings and conscious endings. She is also a certified health coach with the Institute of Integrative Nutrition supporting healthy lifestyles and wellbeing, from the inside, out.

Advocate / Policy Advisor

I have over 15 years of experience working with survivors of sexual assault, domestic violence, and stalking. I provide interpersonal violence education, trauma-informed training, consultation for organizational policies and practices, and lobbying services. My passion in life is ending gender-based violence and caring for frontline workers who serve survivors of all traumas.
